I liked the staff as they were very friendly. The location was perfect for me and easy to navigate to all the areas I wanted to go.

Staff are kind and extremely helpful, they went above and beyond to help me. I came from airport having to have lost my luggage. They guided me with finding clothing store, pharmacy. Just kid people!!! Hands down most humane hospitality!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport bus stop and the Metro station. The room is clean and comfortable. The personnel are attentive and helpful.

The staff are polite and very helpful. The location is excellent, just few steps from metro, tram and bus stop going to/from Istanbul Airport. There are lots of shops and restaurant around and fronting a park
